Sirin Labs has launched a mobile device called Finney, which it says is the world's first blockchain phone, featuring a cold storage crypto wallet and which will sell for $999.

The device will be sold through the Sirin Labs website and the Amazon Lauchpad program starting in January, according to a press release. The company also plans to open a flagship concept store in London next month and a second flagship in Tokyo in January.

The company said SRN token holders have access to the pre-sale on the company website and buyers using other forms of payment, including credit cards, will be able to buy the device in the future.

The company is looking for original equipment manufacturers to incorporate the Sirin OS on other devices, according to the release.
