Sam's Crispy Chicken launches ghost kitchens

Sbe Entertainment Group's C3 unit announced the launch of its first delivery-only, virtual kitchen concept called Sam's Crispy Chicken. 

The service is in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco, marking the hospitality company's first foray into the ghost kitchen industry.

"Through the launch of Sam's Crispy Chicken, we're taking a major step forward in reimagining the concept of food delivery and positioning ourselves as a driving force in the future of dining innovation has always been at the core of all that we do at SBE, and this new brand will be an extension of this commitment." Sam Nazarian, founder and CEO of SBE and majority shareholder of C3 said in a company release. 

The menu items, developed by Chief Culinary Officer Martin Heierling, features a wide range of fried chicken sandwiches, waffle fries and salads options. 

The service is available from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Postmates, UberEats, DoorDash, Grubhub, Seamless and Caviar.
