Barely into its second year, M2CASH is expanding and rebranding. The real-time mobile money transfer product will now be one of several tools offered by the newly christened V2PAY Group.

Along with M2CASH instant money transfer service, which will now be called V2REMIT, V2PAY will offer other mobile financial services such as electronic ID verification for the unbanked, virtual loan solutions, virtual cards and virtual merchant services, the company said.

Based in Singapore, V2PAY group will white label its offerings to payments, banking and telecommunications providers. The company said it expects to begin expanding services from its base in Asia into North and South America.
