Computer Services Inc., a provider of core banking software and payment services, is debuting an enhanced set of digital lending tools to help community banks process Paycheck Protection Loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration. 

CSI is working with a longtime partner firm, RCGiltner Services Inc., to help automate the loan application service and also offer digital signatures and dedicated websites.

"CSI and RCGiltner have been working together to deliver digital lending products since 2017," Brent McKown,a  solutions consultant at CSI, told Mobile Payments Today via email. "The RCGiltner MinuteLender solution provides the bank with the digital/mobile collateral to effectively market to their customers the ability to apply and receive approval for a loan via their bank’s website or mobile banking app in as little as three minutes."

The loans are part of $350 billion assistance as part of the CARES program in response to the Covid-19 outbreak.
