Bill payment company TIO Networks Corp. has announced that its partnership with Canadian carrier Mobilicity has yielded a native smartphone-based account payment app for Mobilicity customers. The app currently is available for Android devices.

The My Mobilicity Payment App allows customers to view account balances, securely pay monthly fees, or top up My Wallet accounts
