Arya, the open-architecture digital services platform powered by VSoft, has introduced new features for retail and commercial account holders, including a payment wizard, receipt capture and an optimized user experience.

The Arya digital banking payments wizard addresses the availability of numerous payment transfer options. It capitalizes on least-cost routing to connect consumer and business account holders with the most cost-efficient channel for funds transfer.

The decisioning tool works with input about transfer details to provide funds transfer via P2P, A2A, wire or ACH channels. Account holders benefit from efficient funds transfer, while financial institutions benefit from cost savings and operational efficiencies.

Additionally, account holders can now store receipts in Arya digital banking with receipt capture. Using the camera on a smartphone or tablet, users can capture a receipt image and connect that receipt to the transaction in their account. This allows account holders to preserve an audit trail of transactions for future use.

Further enhancements include Arya's newly modified design that delivers a tailored experience to account holders based on the devices they use to access the platform. While retaining access to the platform's full functionality, VSoft has augmented the user experience for those activities most commonly performed on a laptop or smartphone.

For example, mobile device users will have quick access to funds transfer and account balance information. Additionally, the smartphone interface is optimized with thumb-friendly gesture controls, allowing easy navigation with one hand, using swiping and reachable menu buttons.

Arya's enhanced experience also includes an optional chat bubble view of account activities to help users visualize information in a familiar format.
