Mobile payment provider Tabbedout keeps adding to its roster of point-of-sale partners. This time it's Future POS adding Tabbedout's Periscope merchant marketing solution to their POS systems. That's more than 4,000 merchant locations that can now not only accept Tabbedout for payments but also access Periscope to look at customer data, access reports and respond to customer feedback in real time.

"Future POS was an early adopter of mobile payments for our merchants and one of the original partners with Tabbedout," said Future POS CEO John Giles. "We understand the potential growth and impact that Periscope will have for Future POS merchants and want our customers to have innovative technology solutions that will drive new revenue to their business."

Giles said the company's merchant customers have seen an incredible value in being able to offer a pay-by-phone option and the demand will continue to grow.

For Tabbedout, CEO Alex Broeker said the company is excited to expand its partnership with Future POS and enable an even wider network of bars and restaurants to offer Tabbedout and its Periscope merchant marketing solution.

Tabbedout, based in Austin, Texas, offers bar and restaurant patrons the ability to pay their tabs using the Tabbedout app on their mobile devices.

Future Pos is headquartered in Butler, Penn. Its point-of-sale software is designed for the hospitality industry and is used in fine dining, quick serve and retail locations worldwide.
