Netcall gets PCI certification, launches cloud-based payments solution

The customer engagement software provider Netcall has been accredited as a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider for its cloud-based payments solution, which has been deployed at an unnamed mobile operator in the U.K.

The certification is the highest security level in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. The company's on-premise platform, Liberty, also achieved PA-DSS accreditation.

The company said both solutions help customers reduce the need for lengthy and costly audits as well as upgrades to their own internal infrastructure and procedures. More than 700 organizations use Netcall's suite of customer engagement solutions, the company said, to increase levels of customer service, maximize budgets, automate processes and unify communications. Existing customers can now add the payment module to their existing Netcall solution set.
