Qwikcilver, an India-based gift card provider, Tuesday announced the availability of a new retail app that enables consumers to shop at various retailers, both offline and online, using loyalty points, reward points, gift cards and e-wallets, according to a press release.

Consumers can download the woohoo app from the Google Play store. Users then enter their mobile number, and then enter the information for various retailer gift cards, loyalty programs, or e-wallets. Once this is complete, consumers can use the app to pay at participating retailers, and even visit an online storefront and purchase items through the woohoo app, according to the announcement. Consumers receive a purcahse confirmation email from Qwikcilver once the transaction is completed. 

Qwikcilver said it has partnered with 50-plus brands enabling woohoo access to 3,000-plus stores and online portals including India's leading retail chains, entertainment platforms, travel partners and leading currency providers.
