The chain announced it has deployed the cloud-based point-of-sale platform in 89 of its franchise stores nationwide.

Great American Cookies, a chain of independently owned and operated franchised stores that specialize in gourmet cookies, today announced it has deployed the NCR Silver cloud-based point-of-sale platform in 89 of its franchise stores nationwide, with additional stores on the horizon this year.

"From a technology standpoint, NCR Silver provides us with all of our reporting requirements, great software like CimpleBox and a quick checkout experience," Kaiser said. "Creating a favorable user experience is key as we're constantly striving to make our employees' lives easier and our customer experience even better."
