Cayan to use Recombo for onboarding services

Cayan, a provider of payment technologies, is leveraging Recombo's Agreement Express product to deliver an easy onboarding environment for its customers.

Recombo, makers of Agreement Express, a software-as-a-service automated onboarding and underwriting product for the payments space, has announced Cayan as its newest customer. 

According to a press release, Cayan, a provider of payment technologies, is leveraging Recombo's Agreement Express product to deliver an easy onboarding environment for both Cayan and AVATAS (Cayan's energy and field services channel) customers. 

"We have a complex onboarding environment and we were very aggressive with our timeline," said Chris Shirley, director of customer engagement at Cayan. "We were impressed that the Recombo team was able to meet all of our scope requirements and launch in just 60 business days." 

The project scope included the creation of four uniquely branded onboarding environments, the development of 16 custom application forms and supporting documents, and the customization ofa API integration, according to the announcement. 

"In payments, solving the challenge of onboarding begins with creating a unified process for opening new accounts," said Mike Gardner, CEO of Recombo.
