ArmorActive announces partnership with mobile loyalty provider

ArmorActive announced its partnership with CityGro, a mobile loyalty program provider, to offer iPad mobile loyalty solutions. The company said the solution provides an effective means of gathering, analyzing and capitalizing on customer propensity data.

ArmorActive supplies CityGro with an Evolve iPad enclosure and Gravity Flip table stand that can then be securely mounted to either a table or countertop. Once the CityGro app is combined with secure ArmorActive products, the solution can to be incorporated into any business setting, the announcement said.

The loyalty system lets businesses control how, when and with what promotion they reach out to customers. Rather than rewarding customers who repeatedly pay full price for a product, CityGro reaches out to non-loyal customers with incentives to return — increasing revenue for businesses rather than taking money from the owner's pocket, according to the news release.
