Samsung SDS America said it entered an agreement with FanFood Inc., to create an affordable mobile ordering platform for fans attending minor league, high school and collegiate sporting events. 

The companies will provide the hardware, software, onboarding and support necessary to create a seamless concessions experience that can replace cash-based systems that have longer lines, less efficiency and higher labor costs. 

"FanFood is bridging a critical gap in sports and entertainment in a new, highly scalable way," Mingu Lee, senior vice president, Mobile B2B, Samsung SDS America, said in a press release. "The pressure on operators to keep fans engaged and excited to come to the ballpark or stadium is at an all-time high."
