Axiata Digital, through its API gateway service called APIGate, is partnering with RGK Mobile to help integrate two of its major carriers in the region, according to a press release.

RGK Mobile will work with Axiata Digital to launch new services for Sri Lankan operator Dialog and Indonesian operator XL this month, including content subscription and direct carrier billing services.

Through the new direct mobile operator billing agreement, RGK Mobile will provide a cloud-based technology suite enabling easy content distribution and aggregated payment services integrated directly into the carrier's billing service, and will manage logistical processes, including technical support, licensing and marketing for the carrier.

Axiata Digital will also provide premium content services to Dialog and XL subscribers including Wellness, LetMeDance, and SunnyGam, and provide local customer support for the two carriers as well.
