Revel opens NYC office to give retailers closer look at iPad system

The space will allow customers and prospects to view and interact with Revel’s iPad POS platform and work with sales representatives to select the best POS setup for their specific business needs.

Revel Systems, an iPad point-of-sale provider, today announced that the company is opening a new a showroom and sales office in New York City as a result of growing customer demand, according to a press release. 

The midtown Manhattan office, which opened on June 15, will allow customers and prospects to view and interact with Revel’s iPad POS platform and work with sales representatives to select the best POS setup for their specific business needs, according to the announcement. The office also provides in-person customer support to assist merchants upgrading from their current POS system to Revel’s.

The New York office currently employs five sales representatives and three customer success managers. Revel plans to double that headcount by the year’s end, according to the announcement. Revel said that more than 10,000 Revel iPad POS terminals have been deployed globally in restaurants, retail establishments, stadiums, and grocery stores, among other locations.
