Restaurant Revolution partners with Thanx to improve mobile ordering with a loyalty program

Restaurant Revolution Technologies Inc. recently announced a partnership with Thanx Inc., which helps restaurants and retailers drive incremental revenue through personalized marketing campaigns and deeper customer loyalty, according to a press release.

Restaurant Revolution said the partnership adds more convenient ways for off-premise customers to order food from their favorite restaurants while earning and redeeming loyalty rewards through a single sign-on. Garden Catering Restaurants (Garden Catering), a multi-unit chain with locations throughout the northeast, is the first restaurant to take advantage of the integration.

"By partnering with Thanx, we are proud to enable our restaurant clients, like Garden Catering, more convenient ways for their customers to order outside the restaurant walls that lead to additional loyalty program activity," Restaurant Revolution CEO Brad Duea said in the release. "Providing collaborative integration and the latest in platform innovations ensures our restaurant partners' customers receive the best overall experience."

Restaurant Revolution's Order One system incorporates all customer orders, whether they were placed via web, mobile, social, phone, text or chat, directly into the restaurant's point of sale system for optimal efficiency, according to the release.
