India-based Qwikcilver, an SaaS-based prepaid and gift card provider, is partnering with Samsung to launch a Gift Card Store on Samsung Pay, according to a press release.

Qwikcilver will manage the Gift Card Store on Samsung Pay and Samsung Pay Mini and consumers will get access to gift cards to over 20 leading brands on the platform, according to the release.

"Samsung Pay has witnessed strong growth since its launch [in India] in March 2017," Sanjay Razdan, director of Samsung India, said in the release. "At Samsung, we continuously listen to our consumers and bring in the meaningful innovations that help make our consumers lives better."

Qwikcliver did not say in the release which brands are available in the Gift Card Store.
