Payveris, D3 Banking partner for mobile banking and payments

Payments provider Payveris and banking services company D3 Banking have teamed up to deliver a single packaged service for banking and payments on mobile and online channels.

Based in Wethersfield, Connecticut, Payveris offers bill payment, money movement and interbank transfer services to U.S. banks and credit unions.

Omaha, Nebraska-based D3 Banking provides banking services that can be accessed via laptops, smartphones or tablets to the same market as Payveris.

The partnership will see the integration of D3 Banking with the Payveris digital payments platform to provide banks and credit unions with a single offering, the companies said in a news release.

"Our D3 Banking solution is built on the belief that financial institutions should control the user experience for all types of money movement," Mark Vipond, D3 Banking's CEO, said in a statement. "The customer or member of the bank or credit union should be isolated from the details of how the money is moved and be allowed to focus on what type of transaction they want and when they need the transaction to occur."

Vipond said the D3 Banking and Payveris partnership will enable financial institutions to control all aspects of the user experience around money movement, providing a single infrastructure for account-to-account, person-to-person and bill payment transactions through a single API (application programming interface).
