PayPal program will aid mobile-focused startups
PayPal has a new program that will waive fees and provide tech support for online- and mobile-focused startups, the company announced on its blog.
Under the Startup Blueprint program, PayPal said it will waive up to $50,000 in processing fees over the first 18 months and provide white glove, developer-focused customer service to selected startups.
"PayPal itself was a very small startup company just 15 years ago," the company said. "We understand very well how hard it is. We also know how important the startup ecosystem is becoming for all of us. We kept thinking about the best way to help, and that's how our Startup Blueprint program was born."
