PayPal debuts BlackBerry app

Consumers in three countries can use the app with the BlackBerry Q10, BlackBerry Z10, and the new BlackBerry Classic smartphone.

PayPal this past week announced the release of its mobile app for three BlackBerry phones, which marks its debut on the platform, according to a company blog post. 

PayPal's app is compatible with the BlackBerry Q10, BlackBerry Z10, and the new BlackBerry Classic smartphone, and will be available to users in Australia, the U.K. and the U.S. The company said it will add more countries in the future. 

"With this announcement you can now use the PayPal app on all major mobile platforms, including Android, iOS, Windows Phone, Fire OS and, of course, BlackBerry," PayPal wrote in the blog post.
