PayKey brings mobile experience tool to mobile operators

PayKey, which calls itself a social banking product provider, has launched its Social Telco product and Mobile Smart Keyboard, which will be demoed during next week's Mobile World Congress 2018, according to a press release.

At the core of PayKey's Social Telco is the patent pending Mobile Smart Keyboard. This unique keyboard integrates with the mobile app or e-wallet of a mobile operator, enabling users to access a variety of services including credit top-up and transfer, balance check, notifications, and more from within any mobile application, without having to open the telco's app.

PayKey is a white label product that enables full customization of the branding, user experience, service offering and service flow, according to the release. It integrates at the API level and retains the telco's authentication method without compromising the security level.

"This is yet another example of how we are continuing to push the boundaries of mobile innovation, and bridging the gap between mobile operators and customers," Guy Talmi, CMO of PayKey, said in the release. "Consumers are spending more and more time on mobile, and are increasingly expecting to access companies and services instantly and seamlessly. The Telco Keyboard allows them to do just that."
