Paramount Management Group, an ATM operator, recently completed an acquisition of another ATM company, according to a press release. The acquisition was facilitated by Tremont Capital Group Inc., which specializes in mergers and acquisitions in the ATM industry.

"While most businesses have entered into a period of uncertainty as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Paramount remains a financially strong organization and firmly believes in the opportunities that continue to exist in the ATM industry," Jorge Fernandez, chief development and marketing officer for Paramount, said in the press release. 

The name of the company and the terms of the agreement are not being disclosed at this time.
