Pageonce launches new bill-payment app
Pageonce, a personal financial tracking app for smartphones, announced it is launching a new mobile bill-payment service. According to Pageonce, the new service lets consumers view and pay bills from any account using their mobile devices.
"Pageonce has been helping millions of users stay on top of all their money and bills through a simple and smart mobile interface," said Pageonce founder and CEO Guy Goldstein in the announcement. "Now we're empowering people to DO their finances directly from their smartphone. Paying bills is our first step in building the Wallet of the Future."
The company's announcement said the new Pageonce Money & Bills app makes paper bills, checks and stamps obsolete, as well as utilizing multiple websites for online bill payment. Instead, the company said, users have the option to any bill immediately with a few clicks using a simple and secure application.
Pageonce said the application adheres to the same security standards as banks, and even adds extra protections such as a PIN code to lock the app, designated access from only one mobile device and the ability to block the app from the Web if the device is lost or stolen.
The Pageonce Money & Bills including the bill pay service is available for a subscription of $4.99 per month for both iPhone and Android devices.
