North American Bancard mPOS device to debut in Apple stores

The device will retail for $39.95 and North American Bancard is also offering merchants $5,000 in free Apple Pay transaction processing.

North American Bancard, a credit card processing company, announced it will introduce the newest version of its PayAnywhere mobile credit card reader, available exclusively in Apple Stores nationwide and www.apple.com in September.

Available for iOS devices, this new PayAnywhere Mobile reader accepts Apple Pay, other contactless NFC payments, and traditional magnetic stripe credit cards, and is EMV-capable, according to a press release.   

PayAnywhere will be featured in the Apple store next month. The device will retail for $39.95, and the PayAnywhere Mobile app is free in the App Store.
