Consumers with a Nintendo Switch now can use PayPal to make purchases with their Nintendo eShop accounts directly from the game console.

Game also can use PayPal on the official Nintendo website to fund balances and to purchase software downloads on the Nintendo 3DS handheld system, the old Wii U console and the Switch, according to a press release.

This capability is available in 34 countries.

"This collaboration with Nintendo is yet another example of our partner-based approach," PayPal said in the release.
