LAZ Parking teams with ParkMobile USA to provide m-payment solutions for commuters

LAZ Parking, a company that manages more than 500,000 parking spaces in 23 states and 101 cities in the U.S., is partnering with ParkMobile USA Inc. to offer mobile payment services to LAZ Parking customers. According to the company's announcement, parking patrons can bypass the parking pay station and simply make their parking transactions by mobile phone.

To use the ParkMobile service, drivers set up a free account at ParkMobile's website and download a native app for their device. Apps are available for iOS, Android and Blackberry devices. At that point they can use the mobile app, the Internet, or a 1-800 number to pay for parking. The apps even include capabilities to use QR codes and NFC technologies to pay for parking.

Founded in 1981, LAZ Parking is the fourth largest parking company in the U.S., managing more than 1,500 locations nationwide. ParkMobile USA provides mobile payment services to parking providers in 250 cities worldwide.
