JPMorgan Chase hires Amazon customer experience leader
Marbue Brown, formerly Amazon.com's quality control and customer experience leader, is moving on to direct customer experience at JPMorgan Chase & Company.
He will oversee digital sites, apps and call centers at Chase branch locations, according to a Reuters report.
At Amazon Brown served as chief of "Customer Experience Andon Cord," which is a Toyota strategy in which production line workers are empowered when dealing with quality issues, according to a JPMorgan memo cited by Reuters.
