India's ICICI Bank rolled out Cardless cash withdrawals, that allows customers make ATM withdrawals using their IMobile banking app, with no need to use a debit card. 

The service has a daily and per-transaction withdrawal limit of R 20,000. ($280). The bank has a total of 15,000 ATMs system wide. 

"ICICI Bank has been at the forefront of digital innovations since its inception," Anup Bagchi, executive director of ICICI, said in a company release. "The offering of 'cardless cash withdrawal' from iMobile enables our customers to withdraw cash securely and conveniently for everyday usage and purchases, all from the convenience from their mobile phone."
