Glance Technologies Inc., a Vancouver-based company that specializes in mobile payments for the restaurant industry, has signed its first U.S.-based customer in Ta’cul Mexican Cocina, located in California, according to a press release.

Glance also announced it has set up its U.S. head office in Silicon Valley. 

"Our U.S. expansion is key to our strategy of signing large North American restaurant chains," Glance CEO Desmond Griffin said in a statement. "Silicon Valley is an ideal location for us to access the world's premier high tech ecosystem as we continue to develop our technology."

Glance Pay is a payments system that enables users to order goods and services, make payments, access digital receipts, redeem digital deals, earn great rewards and interact with merchants. The app is available for Android and iOS.
