GK Software has announced the U.S. launch of its mobile customer engagement platform, according to a press release.

The platform includes QR code payments, personalized promotions, loyalty points tracking and redemption, and access to customer data. 

GK Software said that retailers can integrate the platform into their existing backend system, as well as their established Android or iOS mobile application.

"Engaging customers in-store via smartphones is a business-critical component of omnichannel retailing. Retailers can now empower consumers in new and exciting ways, while maintaining complete control through easy integration with their enterprise infrastructure."
