Fattmerchant adds omnichannel payment, analytics platform

Payment tech provider Fattmerchant has released of an integrated payment platform, called Omni, that allows merchants to access detailed payment data and customer analytics information across all payment channels, according to a press release. 

Members can also integrate bi-directionally into other business software, like QuickBooks Online, then report and send payments to their particular e-commerce platform. In addition Omni members are provided a full merchant management tool and other business tools.
 
"Until now, the biggest thing missing from most payment platforms was simplicity," Fattmerchant Co-founder and CTO Jacques Fu, said in the release. "Omni provides business owners the simplicity of having all of their most vital business solutions in one place, coupled with the power and reliability of Fattmerchant's processing tools. Through our latest technological developments with our comprehensive API and seamless QuickBooks Online integration, we are providing merchants with a unified payment experience unlike anything else on the market."
 
Through Omni, members can securely accept card-present and card-not-present payments through everything from EMV terminals and mobile to virtual terminals and e-commerce, all in a single API. Users can also track sales trends, customer loyalty, inventory, transaction histories, batch reports, account information and anything else needed to collect payment from customers. 

Members can also use other business solutions like Fattmerchant's QuickBooks integration, RESTful API, Android and iOS software development kits and FattmerchantJS for web.
