Dill & Parsley launches digital loyalty and mobile ordering
Dill & Parsley, a fast casual restaurant group based in New York, said it launched a new digital loyalty and mobile ordering app.
The group, which features fresh Mediterranean cuisine with natural ingredients at five locations, is replacing its existing loyalty program that was stamp-based and will unveil its new mobile ordering system in 2020.
"We made a significant investment in order to keep up with consumer's ever-evolving restaurant tech expectations," Balahan Bobus, founder of Dill & Parsley, said in a company release. "Our enhanced online ordering system will integrate seamlessly with a robust digital loyalty program that puts us on the same playing field as the large chains."
The new Dill & Parsley Rewards system will give points for every in-store and online purchase, including ordering and delivery, as well as catering.
Customers earn eight points for every dollar spent at the restaurants and get a $1 credit for every 100 points earned. Customers get a $2 gift at signup, a $5 gift on birthdays and get double points for purchases on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
