Conduent teams with PayPal to offer automated simplified child support payments

Conduent Inc., a leading business process services firm, announced a deal with Paypal that will allow simplified child support payments made by parents and employers.

Paypal cardholders can make child support payments through Conduent's ExpertPay platform to agencies in all 50 states in the U.S. The platform eliminates the need to use credit cards or bank account information when making payments.

"As a market leader in child support, we're teaming up with Paypal to offer businesses and citizens more convenient and secure options," Mark Brewer, president, global public sector solutions at Conduent, said in a company release. "The collaboration also supports the mission of our state government clients, which must ensure child support payments are delivered to the families and children who need them."

More than 275,000 employers, payroll processors and non-custodial parents use Conduent, according to the company. More than one-third of all child support payments are processed through the firm.
