Company helps 'get out the vote' with mobile app
FlowPay Corporation is now ThePeoplesVote.com’s provider for payment kiosks, mobile donation apps and online donation debit/credit card processing services.
FlowPay Corporation has developed the first Point of Collection Terminal and Integrated Giving Management Payment System designed for tax-exempt organizations, Wayne Steiger, CEO FlowPay Corporation, said in a company press release.
The platform allows any tax-exempt organization to offer donors the ability to use their bankcards via kiosks or cell phones to make donations at a physical location where fundraising activity is being conducted or via a website from any location.
The technology allow the supporter of a presidential candidate to make a spontaneous campaign contribution using her bankcard at a fundraising event, a campaign stop or online from anywhere, Chuck Kirkpatrick, president and CEO of ThePeoplesVote.com.
"Combining our state-of-the-art voter convenience and engagement technology with FlowPay's industry-leading mobile donation platform will put any candidate at the top of his game," Kirkpatrick said.
ThePeoplesVote.com provides an Internet-based, ballot enabled social utility that removes the uncertainty as to how citizens expect their elected officials to represent them on important public policy decisions, Kirkpatrick said. Designed to handle tens of millions of users, this system replaces the "catch all" methods of phone, fax, email, letters, website comment forms, tweets, and Facebook posts with one high security communication tool. The nonpartisan platform will help citizens clearly understand the issues, cast more educated votes and communicate more effectively with their elected officials, Kirkpatrick said.
