Cachet Financial Solutions Inc., a provider of cloud-based remote deposit capture and mobile prepaid card solutions, has announced a corporate rebranding and name change to Digiliti Money Inc.

The company also has updated its NASDAQ stock exchange ticker symbol from CAFN to DGLT as of April 10.

The rebrand reflects the company's digital agility to innovate solutions that swiftly and seamlessly move money for financial institutions, according to a press release.

"We're incredibly excited to be introducing our new brand and company name at an important inflection point in our company's development," said chairman and CEO Jeff Mack in the release.

"Following our successful capital raise and listing onto the NASDAQ, it was an ideal time to introduce the Digiliti Money brand, which better reflects both our history of empowering world-class financial institutions with innovative solutions and our future as a mobile money technology leader capitalizing on multi-billion-dollar end markets."
