With this agreement BilltoMobile now as partnerships in place with three of the four major wireless carriers, including Verizon Wireless and AT&T Inc. According to the announcement, BilltoMobile is available to 240 million wireless subscribers in the United States, or approximately 85 percent of the wireless market.

BilltoMobile is headquartered in San Jose, Calif. It is majority-owned by South Korean Danal Co. Ltd.
