Avanti Markets, a micro market provider, has announced the release of its new mobile app which includes an improved user interface experience and "mobile first" streamlined new user registration, according to a press release.

For the Avanti Markets operator network, the updated mobile app simplifies new market user registration. The new "mobile first" registration feature lets new market users pre-register for a market card account in the mobile app and pre-load funds, even before a market is installed at their location.

The first purchase connects their market account to that market location "grand openings of new micro markets just became easier," John Reilly, president of Avanti Markets, said in the press release. "Now HR can email employees before a market grand opening with links to register for an account. Before an employee steps into the market, they can be fully registered with pre-loaded funds. This makes market grand opening day go smoother for Avanti Operators, host locations and market users." 

Existing Avanti Markets customers can streamline management of their market account using the new mobile app by associating their existing Avanti Markets member account for mobile access. For new market users needing to setup an account, the mobile app lets them register and pre-load funds as a faster alternative to manually scanning a market card and registering at the kiosk. This saves their time at their first market visit and helps to keep payment lines shorter at the kiosk payment station.

The app also has the option for market users to reload funds to their market account from various payment sources, just as they can at the kiosk or through their online account. This allows market users to manage their account from their device anytime, from anywhere. The app is now available for download on android and iOS devices. Existing Avanti Markets app users should see their current app update automatically.
