Amazon and Twitter on Monday launched an initiative that lets consumers add items to their Amazon shopping cart using the micro-blogging service, according to multiple reports.

Twitter users can add items to their cart by responding to a tweet that has an Amazon product link with the hashtag #AmazonCart. United Kingdom consumers can use the hashtag #AmazonBasket.
