Using IVR payments, customers can simply call a local phone number and be billed on a per-minute or drop-call basis.
On a Per-Minute call the customer simply holds the line for a predefined length of time until they are billed the full amount set by the service provider.
On a Drop call, the customer calls and is billed after a much shorter period of time (no need to hold on the call).
