ZooZ in-app payments emerge from beta

ZooZ, a Tel Aviv-based start-up offering in-app mobile payments for digital content, recently launched its new software development kit out of beta.

The company said its SDK provides a seamless integration of payment and checkout capabilities for apps running on Android and iOS devices. Designed for ease of implementation, the ZooZ in-app mobile payments SDK requires only three lines of code to give app developers the ability to monetize their apps, ZooZ said in its announcement.

ZooZ said its new SDK, based on patent-pending security technology to reduce fraud, provides a faster mobile checkout experience with higher conversion rates and reduced payment friction for end users. There's no need for users to register or install anything, and once payment details have been entered for a purchase, the credentials are securely stored in order to make subsequent purchases even faster.

Additionally, ZooZ said it offers developers the best rates in the world at 2.8 percent plus 19 cents per transaction.

"Our platform is the fisrt to support multiple payment options, including credit cards and PayPal," said ZooZ co-founder and CEO Oren Levy, "thus allowing merchants and app developers in over 150 countries to quickly and easily generate new monetization channels."

The company released a promotional video explaining its new platform:
