ZooZ and MobiCart partner to provide in-app solution to developers

MobiCart, an m-commerce application development platform provider based in the U.K., will be integrating the payment services of Israeli in-app payment processor ZooZ, making it possible for mobile app developers to collect payments through credit cards and digital wallets.

ZooZ said the partnership will give MobiCart's 10,000 merchants the ability to create full-stack m-commerce apps without any technical knowledge of app development, mobile security or payments. The new integrated solution is compatible with iOS, Android, and HTML5 mobile apps, ZooZ said.

"The team at ZooZ has created a very distinctive mobile payments solution, and offers mobile credit card and e-wallet technology that works hand-in hand with our platform," said MobiCart founder and CEO Wladimir Baranoff-Rossine.

"We are very excited to be working with ZooZ in what we see as an industry-changing partnership," Baranoff-Rossine said. "By offering an unparalleled checkout experience, this partnership will allow our merchants to provide the best possible mobile commerce experience to their customers."

MobiCart's development platform combined with ZooZ's in-app payment functionality will not only assist to app developers selling digital content, but it will also help merchants who sell physical goods to expand their shopping channels to encompass mobile devices. Additionally, links to global payment gateways mean mobile app developers around the world will be able to take advantage of ZooZ's payment solutions.

"MobiCart's decision to select and provide our solution to its thousands of registered users is a big endorsement of our technology approach and vision to standardize the mobile payment experience for consumers," said ZooZ CEO Oren Levy. "This partnership also gives a major boost to merchants wanting an end-to-end solution for mobile apps."
