Vending machine manufacturer integrates mobile payments

Vending kiosk manufacturer AVT Inc. has announced it will integrate mobile payments into its 2016 machines.

Vending kiosk manufacturer AVT Inc. has announced it will integrate mobile payments into its 2016 machines. The company partnered with mobile payments solution company PayRange to make this a reality, according to the press release.

In order to use PayRange, users simply need to install an app that will enable them to connect to the vending machine. Then, the customer can swipe their smartphone's screen to complete the purchase In addition, AVT machines will use PayRange's security protocol, which does not store card data and uses a PCI Level 1 compliant processor.
