TIO Networks signs bill-payment contract with cellular phone company
TIO Networks Inc. has signed a contract with Mobilicity that enables customers of the Toronto-based cellular-phone company to pay their phone bills in cash.
Tio Express, a Vancouver, British Columbia, bill-payments expediter, will process, register and record payments Mobility customers make at the company's 250 stores in the Toronto area, officials of both companies say. Mobilicity will open later this year an undisclosed number of stores in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary and Ottawa.
"Our partnership with TIO allows customers to quickly and conveniently pay for their Mobilicity plans and services at any one of our hundreds of locations of Mobilicity dealers in the region," Stewart Lyons, the company's chief operating officer, said in statement.
