There's still time to hit CONNECT 2015: An industry event not to miss

Don't miss an opportunity to hear from experts, retail and restaurant leaders on everything from mobile payment to technology innovation.

Every retail and restaurant owner, operator, franchise and leadership team member face the deep challenges of meeting consumer needs and tracking technology trends to stay current with offerings, but there is one event that can help with all those strategy elements.

The CONNECT 2015 Mobile Innovation Summit, designed for the retail and restaurant industries, provides a unique opportunity to meet, interact, learn and gain valuable insight from those leading the charge in everything from mobile payment to leveraging emerging tech to in-store customer engagement strategies.

The CONNECT event, taking place in Chicago, from Aug. 17 to Aug. 19., includes experts and leaders from powerhouse names including Cabela's, Chick-fil-A, GameStop, Kraft Heinz, Pizza Hut, General Motors, Sears, Papa Murphy's plus nearly a dozen others.

The event will explore the many opportunities retail and restaurant enterprises have for leveraging mobile and digital channels to build their brands, increase sales and improve customer engagement, experience and loyalty.

Agenda topics range from enhancing app usage, location-based marketing, tapping social media technologies to advance business and brand.

Past attendees affirm the value of attending CONNECT.

"Great event, lots of great nuggets to build our mobile presence," said Taco John's International leader Curtis Lund.

Even industry watchers find CONNECT invaluable for keeping up with trends, trend setters and the fast-pace of technologies pulled into play.

"You pulled together a great roster of speakers and topics. I'm going to recommend the show to any and all mobile marketing clients/vendors I run across who are targeting the retail/restaurant sectors," said Gartner analyst Mike McGuire.

This year's keynote speaker is Ryan Craver, senior VP of strategy and emerging brands at Lamours. Craver will discuss how to tackle changing consumer dynamics and ]how retail organizations can leverage technology to strengthen their competitive position.

Most recently, Craver was leading the core department store strategy at Lord & Taylor and Hudson's Bay Company. Prior to joining Hudson's, he served as a senior leader at Accenture, driving growth and profit improvement across multiple clients, including Virgin Media, FedEx and Best Buy.
