iPad POS designer announces partnership with Powa

Retailers and restaurateurs in U.S. and Asia can manage transactions through Bindo, powered by PowaPOS next generation POS hardware, according to a company release.

Bindo, a retail technology company that develops iPad point-of-sale solutions for retailers and restaurants in the U.S. and Asia, announced this week a partnership with Powa Technologies, an international commerce specialist focusing on technologies to serve the retail market.

"Our partnership is a direct response to the rising trend of the incorporation of advanced technologies in the retail industry," David Bozin, vice president of growth development at Bindo, said in a statement. "The iPad POS retail industry is still fairly new. This integration will allow us to transform business for everyday retailers, and leverage the unique PowaPOS design and functionality by incorporating a powerful software solution."

As part of this agreement, Bindo and Powa Technologies will offer retailers the convenience of a fully integrated solution by combining Bindo's advanced POS tablet application with Powa's PowaPOS hardware platform.

Merchants will be able to transform the way their stores function through the PowaPOS T25, which includes a terminal stand, 2D barcode scanner and receipt printer, in one device, complementing the advanced Bindo POS software, according to a company release.
