Abbott Laboratories Employees Credit Union has expanded its relationship with Fiserv Inc., a provider of financial services technology solutions, adding a number of digital services for members.

According to a press release, ALEC has selected new value-added solutions that include Mobile Source Capture for mobile check deposit and CheckFree RXP for electronic bill payments. The CU also has expanded its Mobiliti mobile banking solution with the addition of a downloadable mobile app and Mobiliti: Tablet.

In addition to the new digital solutions, ALEC is continuing its commitment to the Portico account processing platform and Virtual Branch for online banking.

"Our longstanding relationship with Fiserv was a major factor in our decision to re-sign this agreement," said ALEC CEO Joseph Trosclair. "We may be a $700 million credit union, but we only have 90 total employees while serving members in eight branches and we rely on Fiserv for the support, resources and solutions to help us run efficiently and still deliver outstanding service to our members."
